If you are unhappy with your Handmitten you may return it within two weeks of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please email me for the return address. If the item is in good condition I will make a refund via PayPal. Please keep in mind that the Handmittens are handmade so there may be slight variations from one to the next.
